Beth Follini has held senior leadership positions (including CEO roles) in not-for-profit organisations in the UK. She holds a BA from Long Island University (US) and MA from University of Kent (UK). Beth is a true international citizen as she holds US, Canadian and UK citizenship. She has lived,worked and studied in the US, Canada, Israel and she is now permanently resident in the UK. Since setting up her own business, she has worked as a consultant, advising on strategic direction, business planning and other organisational development issues. She works as an Executive Coach, coaching senior leaders to become more authentic and powerful leaders. She has developed a unique approach to coaching based on the principles of polarity and recently published an article in the International Journal of Management Development called ‘Polarities in Executive Coaching’. Alongside her coach and consultant credentials, she is an experienced trainer and group facilitator. Beth has been featured in international media for her coaching including she The Economist, The Times, Scotland on Sunday and BBC Radio 4. She is currently one of a handful of people certified by the US based Wendy Palmer in a unique somatic approach to leadership and coaching called Leadership Embodiment.
Giving Back
I am committed to giving back to society through giving their time free of charge to worthwhile causes. Beth gives her time pro-bono to coach disadvantaged people who face a range of barriers to make the most of higher education.
